We'll be away for 1 week, back next friday night.. will miss us?: ) haha.
wow! reality still hasn't really set in yet.. we booked our holiday trip very last min, last sat. haha.
Kinda to make up for the cruise trip that i promised to go with her, and the fact that i'm craving for a holiday to relax and refresh, and pamper myself, before i start my year 2 of uni, on the May 19th : )
And mummy's nagging, cuz i haven even started packing my luggage. and still wanna take a nap now. haha. And apparently, there's a lot of pple who are worried abt the 2 of us going alone, on a free & easy trip there.
My parents set a curfew for me to reach the hotel every nite and must text them daily. gosh. i wonder if i can follow: (
And my cg brothers, esp. samuel, ter & yan qiu were shocked to hear that we 2 are going alone, and they've been 'nagging' at me about a whole list of precautions to take etc... lol. but i know that its cuz they're concerned abt me la=)
Heard that its cold there, about 18-24 degrees daily.. and i dun think my that thick (almost winter jacket) is gonna help. Anw, i'm still very excited that i'm going, but at the same time, worried & nervous abt the trip.
And as for those who wanna know how did my math paper went, just dun ask: ) it didn't go well, but i'm believing for a miracle: )
Anw, a few of my close confidants, over the past few months.. has been saying to me, that it is time for me to love myself. I said i do. Then he said, "Love your enemies, love your neighbour as yourself." And i responded, Yes, i do love them..as much as i can, to the best of my ability. Then i stopped in my tracks when he said, "what about yourself?"
I pondered for a moment and realised that maybe i really don't love myself that much. I then realise that there is a big difference in the way i treat myself & the way i treat others.
Guess, i'll start learning that.. to start with, is this pampering holiday trip: )
Okay, yesterday after the exam, i went to my granny's place & suprised them with flowers & gifts to cheer the whole family up! And then had a great time of girlly fun (which is a rare chance) & fellowship with waine and ning zhi: )
The chat during dinner was uber interesting and loving, waine was sharing abt her love story with her boyfriend, and i love hearing such stories: ) haha.
Then we had an awesome time at my fave arcade till it closed! haha. And not forgetting the time of camwhoring!=)
